“Rooms could use some upgrades. The bathroom was clean but not spotless. Check in was very slow with the line being quite long and self check in was not working. The property is in a beautiful setting and we’ll plan to return.”

“Maid came once during 4 days.. and a brand new charging cord was stolen… I just reported it Otherwise it was great”

“Very nice staff, very clean rooms, and very convenient to activities in Cherokee.”

“I initially thought I booked a room with a hottub. Upon arrival we discovered I hadn't. A bummer, but no biggie. I just thought by the pictures they all came with one, and didn't see anywhere that it didn't. Past that the location was lovely. The creek and the sitting areas were nice and peaceful. Each sitting area was loaded with plenty of fire wood, and nice area for activities as well. The room however didn't seem to be cleaned throughly. There was a baby diaper *Unused* behind the TV, a...

“Loved the balcony overlooking the river.. staff nice and prompt when needed ..Parking never an issue .. would stay again”

“I REALLY wanted to give this place a good review. I stayed here twice before, although it was several years ago. Both times were amazing. A new guy has recently taken over and you can tell he’s really working hard, but there were just too many things that went wrong. I booked this trip months ago, but when we got there we were informed that the room I had booked was having a water issue (the handle on the shower needed replaced) and we would have to switch to a smaller room. “Awesome place! I enjoyed my stay at this place!”

“Ideale per soggiornare a Cheerokee, la posizione della stanza è ottimale anche per il paesaggio che offre dalla camera. Buona la colazione offerta con la possibilità di farla in terrazza.”

“Fantastico ! un posticino vicino al ruscello delizioso. Le cabins carine e ben curate. Dotate di tutti i comfort. Ma soprattutto meravigliosi i proprietari!!!! abbiamo perso le chiavi alle 11:00 di notte e in 2 minuti ci hanno portato la chiave di riserva! Grazie. ”

“Salmon and steak were beyond well done and almost inedible. Easy fix…watch some videos and elevate the preparation. For the price of dinner it should be much better.”

“Wish they had more breakfast items”

“The property was beautiful but nothing was available. Restaurant closed, lobby area closed from 5:00pm to 7:30 am with no access to guests. All other amenities closed for the season (I was aware of those when booking) To top off the unavailable areas, we went out for supper and returned to alarms going off, the doors to all guest rooms open and a smell of fire. No employees could be immediately found, no notice sent letting us know of the issue. Intracied down the one staff person on duty and...

“Hotel is outdated but clean and quiet. Had a ton of parking. Very close to the casino. My TV wasn't working but the lady working the front desk came up quickly and fixed it for me. No complaints”

“Room was very clean. it is rustic , goes with the area. Bathroom was also very clean. love the fire in the back near the creek. perfect weekend!”
